Business Development : 1. Conducting comprehensive research to explore new markets and customer needs, along with lead business meetings with potential clients. 2. Responsible for the development of key growth, concentrating on financial improvement and customer satisfaction as well as enhancing the company’s overall market position and achieving financial growth. 3. Developing & exploring business opportunities & executing business strategies through end-to-end marketing process Tendering, Proposal& Estimation : 1. Guiding the team during all phases of tendering process with inputs from project team. 2. Reviewing proposal specifications and drawings and attending pre-bid meetings, pricing, and reviewing of Bill of Quantities. 3. Preparation of technical and financial proposal, participating in tender negotiation with client. Contract Management : 1. Drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing contracts, nondisclosure agreements, commercial and public agreements. 2. Negotiating contract terms, pricing and payment schedules to ensure that agreements with vendors/suppliers are commercially advantageous. 3. Monitoring contract performance and compliance in accordance with the contract, contract management plan, risk management plan and organizational policies and procedures and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate. 4. Communicating contract-related information to all stakeholders and work with other teams, such as finance or legal, on contract insurance requirements. 5. Writing contractual and claims notifications. Claims Management : 1. Providing construction consulting services and litigation support as per FIDIC and SCL Protocol. 2. Preparing proactive and preventative initiatives to prevent and identify the risk of potential claims and/or change orders. 3. Analysing Employer’s and Contractors Delay Events and assessing for concurrency. 4. Analysing delay, both contemporaneously and forensically, using Oracle Primavera P6. 5. Doing Prospective (Impacted As Planned_IAP, Time Impact Analysis_TIA) and Retrospective (Collapsed As-Built_CAB, Time Slice Windows Analysis_TSWA, As Planned v As-Built Windows Analysis_AP-AB, Longest Path Analysis_LPA) delay analysis. 6. Creating Time Impact Analysis (TIA), Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs), formal claim documents. 7. Preparing Extension of Time (EOT), disruption, acceleration, and prolongation claims; doing detailed Quantum Assessment.
